Edumarshal launches E-Learning platform for schools amid COVID 19

Edumarshal a true gateway to e-campus launched a comprehensive E-Learning platform for schools to bridge the education gap. With the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and lockdown to contain the spread of COVID-19, schools are closed across India. This new digital learning platform will help schools, teachers, and students in the relevant time of lockdown by not missing from the educational front. The technology is helping schools to go digitized.

This will enable smooth and hassle-free interaction between students and teachers.  E-learning platform would help schools with following (relevant in times of lockdown):

·         Enable Teacher to conduct classes online through the conferencing tool

·         Record sessions

·         Host school content online, for student's quick access/reference

·         State of the art Mobile app for students & teachers to conduct and attend classes

·         Discussion forums per Subject for students to collaborate online, under guidance/monitoring of teachers

·          Online assessments & Grading

It provides access to important features like seamless online classes, interactive communications between teachers and students. Based on school and college approval students will get on-the-go access to study materials and downloadable contents. Students will get their evaluation as per the tests. For conducting tests/ exams there will be a face recognition of students to permit them for test and the test screen will freeze, in case any students try to minimize the screen or do anything. In such a case, the test paper screen will be logged out and the student won’t be able to log in again.

Gaurav Kumar, CEO, and Co-Founder, Edumarshal said, “Through E-Learning Platform, our mission is to enable schools to take a step forward in the right direction so that their academic operations are not hampered amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Our platform allows schools to run a virtual school through various tools like ERP, LMS, live lectures, online classes and more.”

Mrs. Latesh Chaudhary, Principal, Lancers school said, “We are thankful to Edumarshal for building such platforms which will emphasize on ensuring uninterrupted academic operations. Live Lecture replicates the actual classroom environment, thereby ensuring the continuity of students' interest and enthusiasm in their studies.”

The entire learning digital content is available in three languages, namely Hindi, English, Hindi-English (bi-lingual). Students and teachers will have to download the LMS app from Google play store or IOS and login as per the class. Schools will have the ability to set their timetable as per the class. Accordingly, students will be able to access the study material, only for those subjects, they choose during the admission.

This app also helps the teacher to get an understanding of how much student has read via tracking feature available within the app whether it is video, text.

Since the lockdown, Edumarshal has managed to tie-up with 25 known schools and colleges for the E-learning app across Delhi NCR.
